Hello Detectorists!

We decided to create a website based around metal detecting a month ago purely because of our passion for detecting. We wanted to create a place where people could come and read the latest news, showcase their finds, learn new techniques and read some equipment reviews. Our website is new and not even nearly complete yet, so please be patient with us. Eventually we would like this to be a place where you can interact with other detectorists, meet friends, find out where your local detecting clubs are, see upcoming events and find out more information about the hobby.

Our mission is to make this eventually the number one go to resource for anything you need, We realize we have a long way to go and we can’t do it without your help. So we would love for you to be part of it. You can contact us with advice, with techniques, with your finds and reviews for detectors and we will feature them along with your picture or name on this website!
Metal detecting has been a passion now for a couple of years and as most of you will agree, it’s not just a hobby it’s a way of life. It is a highly addictive pastime and the benefits are huge. When I say benefits I don’t just mean financial gain, I mean education, knowledge, entertainment, health and much more!
